OUR DESIRE IS TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU

You can depend on us to give your orders our utmost attention. For our mutual understanding, we list the following items concerning sales policies.

Terms

Check With Order Only. Credit to rated accounts only with 3 credit references and bank account verification.

Terms to rated accounts

Net 30 days unless otherwise specified. A finance charge using a 2% monthly assessment will be imposed on the balance (including any unpaid financial charges) not paid within 30 days. Upon default of amounts due, a 33% attorney's fee and other costs of collections will be added to totals due. No discount will be allowed on freight or sales tax. C.O.D. sales are not subject to discounts. A $35 charge will be assessed for checks returned unpaid by the bank.

Prices

Pricing, terms and items are subject to change without notice. The items in this catalog are subject to availability of materials, and any order may be declined. All quotations are made subject to Standard Trade Customs and are subject to change.

Allowances

Specialty, printed and/or personalized items cannot be canceled, refused, or returned. Workmanship and quality are quaranteed. Check your order carefully upon arrival and notify us promptly of any errors. Please consult us before returning any merchandise.

The transportation company's receipt for shipment constitutes delivery, and our responsibility ceases there. When goods are received in damaged condition, require the transportation agent to make a note of the damage on the freight bill. If this is done, no difficulty will be experienced in collecting legitimate claims. If you give the transportation company a clear receipt for damaged goods, you absolve the transportation company of any claim for damages and make it extremely difficult to process a claim successfully. We are willing at all times to assist our customers with collection of claims.

Overruns/Underruns

All orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 10% and will be invoiced accordingly.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested or determined as best way. UPS and Freight Company's require a street address, city, state and zip code. If a residential address is used special arrangements may have to be made for receiving the merchandise. The United States Post Office is the only carrier for a P.O. Box Number. Overnight Air or 2nd Day Air service is available for an extra charge.

Great care is taken to package all materials in order to avoid damage. Special packaging requests are subject to additional handling charges.

Guarantee

Johnny Howard Designs guarantees the accuracy of your imprint to meet the exact specifications you give or signed off on through our proofing system or we will replace your merchandise. Specialty and/or personalized items cannot be canceled, refused or returned. Workmanship and quality are guaranteed.

We cannot stress enough how diligent proofing will save you time, money and possibly embarrassment. If a client misses an item in the proofing process we will use our experience to make appropriate recommendations.

We strive for win win solutions. Unfortunately should a client error call for reproduction we will bill for additional expenses and costs.

Fax Proof: no/charge - included in Art Charge and Revision Charges - - convert file for e-mail: $10.00 each change or revision.

Production Times

Reasonable working days for art, proofing and production is different on many of our items. If you give us a target deadline date we will do our best to meet it as agreed upon. Delays incurred because of strikes, transportation problems, riots, war, terrorism or acts of God may cause delays or cancellation of the job. We will notify by phone if there is problem.

Rush Service

5 Day Production - Add 15% -- 4 Day Production - Add 20% -- 3 Day Production - Add 25%. All Rush Service and shipping methods must be quoted and approved by the factory.

AFL-CIO Union Label .... Johnny Howard Designs are members of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 400. Our label will be used upon request at no additional charge. We are also members of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) representing 2,500 manufactures of specialty imprinted items. These manufactures may be represented by other union locals in which case that locals bug will be printed if one has been requested.
